RTSA Told To Improve Service Â
August 14, 2019August 14, 20196By Austin Mwale- Transport and Communications Minister Mutotwe Kafwaya has urged the new Road Transport and Safety Agency -RTSA- board of directors to come up with new innovations that will enhance service delivery.Mr Kafwaya says he RTSA to address all the challenges at service centres to improve service delivery.He noted that among some of the challenges are shortage of manpower, inadequate infrastructure, equipment and office accommodation in most provincial centres.The minister said this when he inaugurated the new RTSA Board of Directors in Lusaka today.And Board Chairperson Cornelius Chipoma said the Board of Directors will ensure that the agency delivers to the expectation of the public.
