By Fortune Malata:The Road Transport and Safety Agency -RTSA- has embarked on a campaign to sensitise road users, who include pedestrians and cyclists, in Mazabuka of Southern province.District RTSA Station Manager, Samson Banda says Mazabuka is one of the areas recording high number of accidents involving pedestrians and cyclists.Mr. Banda says the Agency is determined to bring sanity to the roads by reducing the number of accidents in the area.He was speaking during the Pedestrian First – Sensitisation Campaign, which is being undertaken in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme -UNDP.
