RESIDENTS OF INDECO COMPOUND TO RECEIVE TITLE DEEDS

(ZANIS) Foreign Affairs Minister, Joe Malanji says government plans to empower residents of Indeco compound in Kabompo district through servicing and formalisation of plots at a subsidised rate.

Mr. Malanji says government through the local authority will ensure residents in the compound acquire title and are provided with piped water and functional sewer system.

Mr Malanji  said this in Kabompo when he engaged some residents of Indeco compound.

Meanwhile, Chief Kalungu of the Luchazi speaking people in Kabompo district has thanked government for the various developmental projects being undertaken in the region.

Chief KALUNGA however, asked government to expedite the construction of Chikenge secondary school which government already allocated to his chiefdom a few years ago.
