Recruitment of public service has shames critics-Chieftainess Shimukunami

Mushota Mpundu-Chieftainess SHIMUKUNAMI of Lufwanyama District on the Copperbelt says the recruitment of public workers in Health and Education has given credence to President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA and his administration.

The Traditional leader says the exercise has proved wrong people who still doubt President HICHILEMA and his government.

She has thanked President HICHILEMA for fulfilling his campaign promise on the recruitment exercise.

And Chieftainess SHIMUKUNAMI also praised Government for rolling out social protection programs to thousands of vulnerable people across the country.

The Chieftainess was speaking when Community Development and Social Services Minister DOREEN MWAMBA called on her at her palace in Lufwanyama District.

And Ms. MWAMBA told the Traditional leader that Government has lined up various empowerment programs such as Food Security Pack, Village Banking and Social cash transfer among others.

She said the programs have changed the lives of vulnerable families as the Government has continued funding the projects.

The Minister urged officers in her Ministry to be professional as they identify beneficiaries for the programs.
