“PUT IN YOUR BEST IN 2019”

Minister of Youth and Sport Moses Mawere has challenged all sports disciplines to put in their best during the 2019 sporting calendar.
Mawere says government and the country expect good results hence adequate preparation is required.
He has urged the Football Association of Zambia – FAZ- to redeem themselves by ensuring the Under 23 National Football team qualifies to the 2019 Africa Cup.
The Minister has also called for discipline and hard word among athletes because they represent the country whenever they participate at international engagements.
Mawere told ZNBC Sports that Sports association and federations must also engage government on time so that funds are met early for possible international outings.
