“PROGRESS MADE IN CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS”

Minister of Justice Given Lubinda says authorities has made progress in terms of several constitutional amendments.
Mr Lubinda says among the many structure amendment is the Public Inform Act and Electoral Reforms.
He says the formulation has now not stalled.
Mr Lubinda also says the entry to records bill is kind of complete.
He used to be speaking when US Ambassador Daniel Foote paid a courtesy call on him at his office in Lusaka.
And Mr Foote praised the 2019 budget austerity measures offered by the authorities.
