Pretty dangerous; Stop applying make-up when behind the wheel, RTSA tells women

ROAD Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) Head of Public Relations Frederick Mubanga  says too much wearing of make-up by female drivers is destructive when driving.
In a statement, Mubanga said wearing too much make up can cause road accidents.
“In some cases, female drivers tend to apply make-up while driving a situation that might prove to be destructive on the part of the driver and may cause a road traffic accident,” said Mubanga
