LUAPULA UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER FREDERICK CHILUBA
State House, Mwense, 30.06.16— President Edgar Lungu has re-named Luapula University whose procurement process has commenced, after the late second president of the Republic of Zambia Dr. Frederick Titus Jacob Chiluba.
