POLICE: Man aged 36, kills wife aged 62 in Kazungula

A 36-YEAR old man of Mambova village in Chief Sekute’s area in Southen Province has allegedly murdered his 62 year old wife by beating her with a paddling stick after a marital dispute.Southern Province Commissioner Bonny Kapeso has identified the suspect as Masilingi Mashekabo of while the deceased has been identified as Sarah Samapande of the same address.The incident happened today around 01:30 hours in Kazungula.Kapeso said it is reported that the couple has been married for two years with no children.And Kapeso says the suspect has been charged with murder and will appear in court soon.
