Playoffs for National Division One promotion set for next week

The much-anticipated promotion playoffs for National Division One are set to take place next week in Lusaka according to a circular from Football House dated Monday, September 21st accessed by the ZamFoot Crew.

The playoffs will see ten Provincial Division One log leaders converge in Lusaka for a chance to win promotion to the Eden University/FAZ National Division One. The games will take place between Monday, September 27th to Friday, October 2nd October in Lusaka.

Earlier today, Kasama United Youth Academy suffered a 1-0 loss to Malalo Police in the deciding game for Northern Province. The win means Malalo will take part in the playoffs after leapfrogging Ndeke Football Club on the table with 46 points from 20 games.

Lusaka is the only Province yet to be decided with Vector set to face Promotion aspirants City of Lusaka in the last game on Saturday, September 27th.

The draws for the playoffs will be conducted on Sunday 27th September 2020 at Football House at 10.00 hours and One official from the participating teams must be present at the draws.
