Players Abroad: Patson Daka and Mwape Musonda find the back of the net

Zambian players abroad were in action over the weekend and PSL leading goalscorer Mwape Musonda took his tally to 13 goals while Patson Daka was on target again for Redbull Salzburg.

In South Africa, Mwape Musonda scored a face saver for Black Leopards who were handed a 3-1 beating by Polokwane City. Former Zanaco midfielder Salulani Phiri put in a full shift.

Elsewhere, Former Chipolopolo coach Wedson Nyirenda was all joy on Saturday when his side Baroka FC stunned Kaizer Chiefs one nil.

Chipolopolo first choice goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene was an unused substitute for Mamelodi Sundowns who massacred Egyptian giants Al Ahly five nil.

Justin Shonga and Augustine Mulenga put in decent shifts for Orlando Pirates who managed a narrow one nil win over Bidvest Wits.

In Israel, Emmanuel Mbola and his Bnei Sakhnin team mates were held to a one draw by Maccabi Petah Tikva.
