By Hector Simfukwe:President Edgar Lungu says the creation of Kara Barracks in Kawambwa District is a fulfilment of the PF Government’s commitment to foster development in the rural parts of the country.President Lungu says it is not possible to Foster national development without sustainable infrastructure.He says Kala barracks in Kawambwa has not only enhanced the beauty of the district but security in the region.President Lungu said this when he commissioned Kala Marine Barracks in Kawambwa District.He said the construction Kara barracks is a shining example of his government’s vision of a highly robust vision of a developed Zambia.
