Petauke woman was sexually assaulted at her boyfriend’s house, Police Say

POLICE have established that the Petauke woman who was sexually assaulted in the “Petauke Katundu video” was actually assaulted at her boyfriend’s house.And Police have jointly charged Rodgers Mwanza the man behind the video and the victim’s boyfriend identified as Dominic Banda aged 29 years with the offence of Indecent Assault on female contrary to section 137 and production and circulation of Obscene material contrary to section 177 (a) of the penal code chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo said the incident had happened when the victim went to see her boyfriend at his place and was sexually molested in the process.She said the two suspects will appear in court today.
