President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has appointed Mr. PATRICK KANGWA as Secretary to the Cabinet, subject to ratification by the National Assembly.
The President has also appointed Dr. OLIVER KALABO as Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet in charge of Administration.
Presidential Spokesperson ANTHONY BWALYA has disclosed the appointments in a statement to ZNBC news in Lusaka this evening.
Mr. BWALYA also says the President has appointed TOM SHAMAKAMBA as Director General of the Anti-Corruption Commission -ACC, subject to ratification by the National Assembly.
At the Electoral Commission of Zambia -ECZ-, President HICHILEMA has appointed Lawyer MWANGALA ZALOUMIS as Chairperson, ALI SIMWINGA as Vice Chairperson and MCDONALD CHIPENZI as Commissioner.
The appointments are subject to ratification by the National Assembly.
Mr. BWALYA further disclosed that the President has appointed CAROLINE SOKONI as Judge of the High Court, subject to ratification by the National Assembly.
