Open Letter to the President of Republic of Zambia His Excellency Mr. Edger C. Lungu
Re: Leadership Incompetence, And Abnormal Hyper Corruption Within PF Governance
Dear Your Excellency President Mr. Edger C. Lungu ,
Has Winston Churchill once said “ Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen ” . Your Excellency Mr. President, things are not good in the Country from the time you took over the powers in August 2016.
Excellency, Your style of leadership has become too much compromising to corruption activities within your own system. Corruption has caused a lot of harmful to millions of innocent Zambia citizens to some extends of experiencing high death rate due to your carelessness governance of the Nation together with your political administrators or actors.
Your Excellency, you’ve let down the Citizen of Zambia by selling out Our Lands and Properties to Chinese. We fought independence for Our Land, because Land is Our Proud of being a Sovereign state.
Excellency, The Land is Zambian, belongs to black Africans called Zambians. Our land cannot be sold out to any human breed, or any other race but only to Real, and Original Zambian. Our Land cannot be deported, or exported because its roots and soil were created and given by God to Zambians, and for only Zambians. But due to PF carelessness governance of administration controlled by hyper corruption rule of Laws administered by crooks and thieves has affected millions of unprivileged poor Zambian Citizens. We’re all breeding and crying inside our hearts days and nights ; watching aimlessly our land being auctioning to Chinese and many other foreigners by your most highly corrupted Government in the entirely history of Zambia.
Your Excellency to overcome the Land and Property dispute issues of Our beloved Nation articulated and governed under Property Laws, here-by, we the black people citizens of Zambia – Unconditionally demands a very urgent implementation of Land Reform to be amended and ratified by your PF Government. We demand the followings :
- Land Repossession to all Foreigners residing / living in Zambia including Chinese, Indians, Lebanese, Nigerians etc. and return all Our Lands back to Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources for original black Zambians only; and for Our future generation to come.
- Reducing Land lease to all foreigner owning Lands in Zambia from 99 years to 2 years.
- Repossession of all Government industries and companies been sold to foreigners or other Nations including China and South Africa.
- Repossession all Government properties privatized by MMD Govt. Including Mines / ZCCM etc., thirty years ago.
Your Excellency, Corruption virus has spread like bush fire under PF administration. PF Government has been the worst most corrupted regime of Our time since 1964, the time Zambia became independent from British Colonialists.
Your Excellency, PF Government is a sectarian of selfish and greed people. Most PF Actors within the Government have been busy stealing from poor innocent people of Zambia by promoting their criminal hidden Agendas , including building overnight fortunes of wealth for themselves and families on think poor heads of Zambian people.
Mr. President sir, it is a fact that, PF Government is a party of gambling and winning fast jackpots (PF actors makes fast big monies by using very dirty dubious means); why because PF Government has performed magical miracles within a very shortest period in power, has a result many Actors within PF Government have built and still building chains of Flats, Houses, Lodges, Villas and many more buildings for their own benefits and families.
Your Excellency, Money laundry and embezzlement it has become order of the day within PF leaders. Thieving is legalized within PF system of governance. Many Government ministries, and buildings of higher offices have been turned into secret money laundry institutions by hosting Chinese Contractors and businessmen.
Your Excellency, Mr. President, do you really knows that, you’re an employee, and the Citizens of Zambia are your employer? The Citizens of Zambia trusted you and employed you to where you are today ; with reasons to be empowering and protecting their (Zambians) interest first. To protect the Sovereign state including properties within the state. , “has the Chinese says China is for Chinese”, meaning that no China for Zambians.
Your Excellency sir, day light robbery and corruption under PF Government has killed Our proud and identity of our Nation. Majority of Zambian Citizens have lost interest and confidence under your leadership. You’ve failed to discuss or address and fight corruption to the Nation. PF Corruption has destroyed so many lives of innocent Zambia Citizens.
Corruption has ceased the functioning of your governance. And thereto, We (Zambian Citizens) are urgently requesting you (Mr. President), to immediately take stiff action and bring down all criminal culprits involved for following said indicated scandals below into the book of law for criminal prosecutions, and jail punishments :
- 42 Million Dollars Fire Tenders 2. Mukula Scan
- 50 Toyota Land Cruiser Ambulance Sage
- 320 km Dual Carriageway Scandal
- Avic International
- Ministry of Transport and Communication Procurement of Engineering Equipment
- Grandview International 8. Ministry of Health Scandal…….etc. Therefore, we’re expecting a very quick reaction towards all requests we’ve made and presented to you in this said letter Your Excellency Mr. President
Constitutional legal facts for presidency
Your Excellency, in accordance, and under Zambia Constitutional you’re not eligible to stand in 2021. Under states Article 106(3) of Zambia’s Constitution 2016 indicates that “A person who has held office as President is not eligible for election as President.” However, Article 106 (6) further explains that a Vice-President, or another person who assumes the presidency due to a by-elections, will not be deemed to have held office if they served as President for less than 3 years before the date of the date of the next general election. The said Constitution is very clear that, you’re not eligible to stand in 2021.
Therefore, hoping and wishing that, this letter reaches you, your Government and the people of Zambia at large. God bless Zambia.
