Official: Salty Phiri and Mathews Nkhowani join Warriors

Kabwe based Super League side, Kabwe Warriors have completed the signing of two Midfielders in Saty Phiri and Mathew’s Mkhowani Jr. The Duo were availed today.

Saty Phiri spent last season with Circuit City where he was a regular starter for the ‘Wildcat Boys’ with his stylish play when used in an attacking midfield role. The Midfielder has signed a 3 year contract with the Magnificent people’s team which will keep him I’m Kabwe upto 2022.

The other new signing Nkhowani was with Nkwazi Football Club last season were he had a descent shift with Zambia Police sponsored outfit, Nkwazi before making his switch to Kabwe Warriors on permanent basis.

In his first interview Matthew Mkhowani told Kabwe Warriors media that he has joined Kabwe Warriors to play football and help them win games.

“I am here to play football and want to give my level best on the pitch. Joining Kabwe Warriors is another big path in my career and I want to help the team win as many games as possible,” he said.

Kabwe Warriors have continued to unveil new players ahead of the coming 2019/2020 season.Earlier they signed defender Prosper Chiluya on a one-year loan deal from Kafue Celtic,Dominic Chanda from Circuit City to on a Permanent Deal and Ali Sadiki a Zimbabwean attacking midfielder from FC Platinum on a permanent deal.
