NRP Calls For Political Coexistence

The National Revolutionary Party -NRP- has called for mutual and peaceful coexistence among political parties.NRP President Cosmo Mumba says acts of violent political retaliation are a danger to the country’s peaceful environment.And Dr. Mumba has thrown his weight behind those asking United Party for National Development -UPND- leader Hakainde Hichilema to condemn the hostile treatment of President Edgar Lungu by suspected UPND cadres in Monze.He said President Lungu deserves to be respected as he is the head of state and government.Dr. Mumba said as an aspiring Republican President, Mr. Hichilema must accord respect to the institution of Presidency.Dr. Mumba said this at a media briefing in Lusaka today.Recently, suspected UPND cadres booed President Edgar Lungu as he was commissioning some developmental projects in Monze.
