Nevers Mumba to endorse HH

Information reaching us is that the MMD faction lead by Nevers Mumba will this morning endorse the candidature of UPND presidential candidate Hakainde Hichilema for the August 11 elections.

Nevers Mumba will announce the decision at a press briefing to be held at Chainama Hotel in Lusaka starting at 10:00 hours, insiders have told Zambian Eye.

Hichilema will be at the press briefing and Mumba is expected to withdraw his presidential candidature as he had already paid part of his nomination fee to ECZ.
