MWILA ASKS COPS TO SPEED UP PROBE INTO PF OFFICE FIRE

By Wilson Mulinda-Patriotic Front -PF- Secretary General DAVIES MWILA has challenged the Zambia Police Service to speed up investigations following the gutting of the PF Chawama Constituency office.

Mr. MWILA says he is disappointed that NO arrest has been made since the incident occurred on Tuesday last week.

He says the action by suspected opposition cadres is instilling fear in Zambians, with the general election around the corner.

And Mr. MWILA has tasked the PF to campaign flat out and ensure President EDGAR LUNGU wins by not less than 60 percent of votes.

Mr. MWILA says the PF Central Committee has given the people the candidates they wanted, and it remains to them to ensure they vote them into office.

He was Speaking when he checked on PF campaign centers in Kabwata, Kanyama and Chawama Constituencies.

Mr. MWILA said the party will provide all materials and logistics needed as foot soldiers go on the ground.

He said it is important to remind the electorate of what President LUNGU has done in the last 5 years and since the PF took over Government in 2011.

Meanwhile, PF Lusaka Province Chairperson KENNEDY KAMBA is happy that the Electoral Commission of Zambia ECZ has moved in to suspend the UPND in Ikelenge for attacking innocent Zambians.

Mr. KAMBA said the ECZ can go a step further and investigate the violence in other parts of the country.
