Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet, Christopher Mvunga has encouraged all Permanent Secretaries to be in the lead in providing for a conducive learning environment for learners.
Mr. Mvunga says education is key to any economy and that it is important to invest in more human capital by all stakeholders as part of their corporate social responsibility.
He was speaking when he handed over desks to Chainda Primary School worth 32 thousand Kwacha.
The desks were donated by Stanbic Bank.
