PATRIOTIC Front deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri has demanded that the United Prosperous and Peaceful Zambia (UPPZ) substantiates its claims that its member was stabbed by the ruling partys cadres during campaigns in the Kasenengwa parliamentary by-election.
But UPPZ president Charles Chanda says he has evidence of the incident.
The PF won the poll with a huge margin.
The PF candidate, Sensio Banda, polled 10,346 against his closest rival of the UPPZ, Abel Ngwenya, who got 1,673 votes.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
