MPs PRAISES ECL

By Wilson Mulinda:The Caucus of Members of Parliament on the Copperbelt has praised President Edgar Lungu for directing the Zambia Army to join the Zambia Police in curbing those gassing innocent citizens.Caucus Chairperson Evans Chibanda says President Lungu also made a brave decision to reward anyone with information leading to people that are behind the criminal activities.Dr. Chibanda, who is also Mufulira Central Member of Parliament, says the ratio between the Police officers and the General citizenry is not proportionate, hence the need for soldiers to join the fray.He told ZNBC news in a telephone interview that all those that mean well for the country should join in and help to bring an end to the current situation.Dr. Chibanda said the caucus will continue supporting the head of state and the Zambia police on the Copperbelt to bring the culprits to book.
