Misguided opposition delaying dialogue – Lungu

PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu says the opposition is delaying the dialogue process by setting conditions.The head of State said he is ready for dialogue because it would mainly focus on contentious issues like electoral reforms and the Public Order Act.
He was speaking at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport yesterday shortly before leaving for Namibia to attend the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Heads of State and Government Summit.
Zambia is assuming the chairmanship of the SADC organ on politics, defence and security.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
