“When you hear 40 players practical you have four players per position fighting in competitiveness is something that we are looking at from every player first thing that we need to do, If you want to write the letter you need to know the alphabet if you want to play football, you need to know the corporation’s of the players because We are here setting ourselves as a platform that will make us put in practice the game model that we want to play because except looking for the good performances and results for Zambians. We want to play good football into play good football,” he said.

We need to be very very organized believing as I told in the power of coaching believing as I told in the Talent of and quality of Zambian players. We are looking forward together with the technical team to not allow stolen unturned And to bring the players in the best possible shape in order to be able to play these three matches but also to go back to their clubs when we shall monitor them where we shall see how they are developing in communication with their coaches and whatsoever. They need to give the best possible service because the story is not starting and finishing between friendly matches in October but is continuing with the start of our league and cup that we are having and when you’re looking at that, I’m really excited because an action-packed period is coming and working with Zambian players, I feel like fish that is back in the water.m,” he added.

Micho revealed that his technical bench is still yet to finalize the list of foreign players as they are having difficulties with certain clubs who are reluctant to release players despite FAZ having written to them two weeks in advance as stipulated in the FIFA rules.

“I would like to give you but we are having certain problems because of some of the clubs claiming that FIFA and this COVID-19 and whatsoever. So if we give you the names and those names later and later those don’t come you will say that we are not telling the truth. So in order to tell the truth, We shall first assure after proper communication the way we have done stipulated as per FIFA rules two weeks before players coming we have sent invitation letters to their respective clubs so that they cannot claim that we are late or anything in that regard. We have respected all that is stipulated we have sent to them. However, we are at their mercy whether they will release them or not. If they release them good and well if not, We need to have a backup plan and back-up plan you have seen exactly here,” he said.
