Lungu tips his team a secret to win elections

PF  presidential candidate Edgar Lungu says the secret to win an election is not just holding huge rallies but convincing Voters to turn up and vote.

Lungu who is the incumbent president faces one of the toughest election this coming Thursday which a projection released by University of Zambia Dons put him behind Hakainde Hichilema of the opposition UPND.

Hichilema has been pulling huge rallies in the areas which previously were stronghold of the PF.

On his Facebook page Lungu says :

Do you know the secret of winning elections?

This is a question i asked my team before I departed for Lusaka from the Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International airport in Copperbelt.

As I continued talked to them, I said that the secret of winning elections does not lie in just holding rallies and meeting but in convincing voters to turn up in large numbers to vote.

I further said that, the PF government has shown maturity by upholding peace despite facing numerous provocations,  This maturity demonstrated by the PF deserves continuity.

I further urged the PF leadership and members to continue focusing on mobilizing voters ahead of the August 11 elections.

I hereby urge each one of you, my supporters  and fellow Zambians to turn out in numbers and vote for the Patriotic Front leaders next Thursday! Winning is only guaranteed if you cast your vote!
