LIVINGSTONE ‘ELEPHANT’ BURNT

An Elephant Artifact erected at the Livingstone Civic Centre about a years within the past as an awareness piece towards littering has been burnt by unknown folks.
And a Livingstone environmentalist and artist Benjamin Mibenge has expressed sadness at the enchancment.
Mr. Mibenge says an artifact of the scale takes loads of effort and subject matter to derive and destroying it’s an depressed thing.
And Livingstone City Council Public Members of the family Supervisor Melvin Mukela says the council will rapidly retract artists to revive the art work piece to wait on its supposed reason.
