Litebele Murder Goes To Supreme Court

The Lusaka Magistrate Court has committed murder suspect Precious Litebele to the High Court for trial after the matter came up today.

Litebele captured national infamy after allegedly shooting her husband to death in unexplained circumstances.

Precious, 30 allegedly shot her husband five times on May, 25 at their Woodlands Extension home.

Magistrate Mwaka Mikalile referred the matter to the High Court as murder cannot be tried by a lower court.

Both the deceased and the accused were employees of Banc ABC in Lusaka.
