KASUMBALESA STILL HAS TIGHT SECURITY

 
The lifting of the ban on export of mealie meal is yet to be actualized at Kasumbalesa border Post in Chililabombwe.
The Zambia National Service -ZNS a security wing that was engaged by government to enforce the ban is still heavily present in the area and no mealie meal is being smuggled into the neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo.
Meanwhile, Zambian traders at Kasumbalesa border post have appealed to government to actualize the lifting of the ban on the export of mealie meal.
