KAPOCHE TO HAVE NEW BRIDGES

By Lucky Phiri:Construction of the four main bridges which have been damaged by rains in Kapoche Constituency of Eastern Province has started.The four bridges are Ching’ombe, Kaphungwe, Matambazi and Chamakubi.Kapoche Member of Parliament Charles Banda who inspected the works says over 3 hundred thousand kwacha is being spent to construct the bridges.Dr. Banda who is also local government Minister says government will also rehabilitate other bridges in the Constituency once the main ones are completed.He says the bridges under construction have been prioritised as they connect various areas in the Constituency.And Project Coordinator Best Mwanza assured the area Member of Parliament of quality works and that the works will be completed on schedule.
