Kambwili falls Ill after DEC Summon

By Hector Simfukwe -The Drug Enforcement Commission -DEC- says National Democratic Congress -NDC- leader Chishimba Kambwili will not appear for interviews after being summoned because he is unwell.DEC Deputy Public Relations Officer Kamufisa Manchishi says Mr. Kambwili was earlier summoned to help with information and not to be arrested.He says the Commission wanted more information from former Roan MP regarding his allegation of drug trafficking by some people.Mr. Manchishi has told Journalists that interviews by the DEC are a routine process undertaken to validate information that may help the Commission in its investigations of cases.He said the public should take advantage of the Commission’s open door policy to report any illicit activities.
