Kalaba conscious and eating

The University Teaching Hospital UTH says former Chipolopolo Captain RAINFORD KALABA ‘s condition has greatly improved.

UTH Adult Hospital Public Relations Officer NZEBA CHANDA says KALABA is now fully conscious and took his first meal.

In a statement issued to ZNBC Sports News, CHANDA said the medical team has continued to provide close monitoring and care.

Kalaba on Saturday survived a road traffic accident that left Charlene Mumba dead.
