Kabimba Claims Rainbow Fastest Growing Party Since 1991

Wynter Kabimba says the Rainbow Party has been the fastest growing political party since the MMD in 1991.

Kabimba who has made the ballot for the August 11 elections will join eight other presidential aspirants and insists he will carry the day.

Kabimba said his party that postures as a socialist movement but has its leaders living large on capitalistic modelled lifestyles said the Rainbow Party had fielded over 300 candidates across the country.

He said that he will win the August 11 elections as his party was the only one propelling a well defined agenda.

“No party since 1991 has been as fastest growing as the Rainbow Party because we are now in very corner of country. National Party did not do it, Agenda for Zambia failed, NCC all these offshoots of MMD but we have made progress and are in a good position to win these elections,” he said.

Kabimba has gone with Dr Cosmas Msumali as his running mate who has also been loud in propagating the socialist drive.
