Attorney General, MULILO KABESHA says the judicial system in the country has made progress in the disposal of cases.
Mr KABESHA says the President has emphasized on the quick disposal of cases regardless of them being civil or criminal cases.
He says that the cases are however handled differently as they are various procedures to follow.
Mr KABESHA said this in an interview with journalists today.
And, Mr KABESHA said government will continue to enhance the freedoms for all citizens as can be seen currently through the removal of the defamation of the President clause.
