This follows government’s alleged move to gag some media houses in the country by making their operations a challenge.
JCTR Programmes Manager Innocent Ndashe says government should not be seen to be the one suffocating efforts of local businesses in supplementing its role of job creation and revenue generation for the country’s development.
He tells Phoenix News that private players in the economy who include media houses have supplemented government’s in creating a conducive Zambia by creating employment as well as contributed revenue through paying taxes which on its own cannot do.
