GOVT TO ACTUALISE DECENTRALIZATION

ZANIS reports that Mr. Kangwa was speaking at the launch of the commemoration of the African decentralisation and local development day that carried the theme, the contribution of arts, culture and heritage in the sustainable development of African cities a

d territories.

Meanwhile, Matero Constituency,  Kapwepwe Ward Development Committee representative Brian Kapapi welcomed the move by the government to strengthen decentralisation, saying it will foster the required development for  Communities.
