GOVT IS REVIEWING FISP TO MAKE IT BETTER

(ZANIS) President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says government is working on harmonize inadequacies in the farming inputs under the Farmer Input Support Program -FISP- for the current season.

President HICHILEMA says the previous regime whose budget is being implemented boasted about inputs being readily available only for political mileage, when quantities in stock are not depictive of the demand.

And President HICHILEMA has promised citizens of a better approach to matters of public interest, including FISP in the next budget.

The President was speaking in Lusangazi district where he also called on residents to vote for the UPND candidate, FRED BANDA in Thursday’s Council Chairperson Election.
