Goals galore as four Copper Bullets find the back of the net

It was raining goals for Zambian players abroad today as four Chipolopolo players found the back of the net for their teams.

Lazarus Kambole needed just five minutes to get his first Kaizer Chiefs goal for the season while Gamphani Lungu came from the bench to score twice to guide Supersport United to a 2-0 win.

Midfielder Klings Kangwa scored a beauty of a goal at the death to guide Arsenal Tula to a big 2-1 win over log leaders Zenit St. Petersburg.

It was a goal galore and some fans have already been joking about Tuesday being declared a holiday following the number of goals scored by the Copper Bullets around the globe today.

In South Africa

The win keeps Matsatsantsa in second place on the log with 15 points and just a point shy of log leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns.

At FNB Stadium, Lazarus Kambole came from the bench to score the 4th goal as Kaizer Chiefs thrashed Chippa United 4-0. The goal is Kambole’s first of the season for the Glamour Boys.
