German investors’ jet in

Sevenyrds Energy Limited Founder and Chief Executive PHILIP JANSSEN a company that is investing in the construction of solar projects worth about 96 Million dollars is in the country for engagements with stakeholders.

The one hundred mega watts solar projects are being undertaken in Chanyanya area in Kafue District of Lusaka Province and Sesheke District in Western Province.

Mr. JANSSEN says he is in the country for negotiations with ZESCO Limited and other partners of the project.

He told Journalists on arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport that the projects are likely to be completed by the end of the year or first quarter of 2025.

Mr. JANSSEN said over one million dollars has been invested in the projects so far.

Meanwhile, Africa Green Tech Zambia Managing Director BIBUSA WISSEMANN said Zambia has an attractive investment climate and hopes that more Germany companies will come and invest in the country.
