By Fatima Mawele:Gender Minister, Elizabeth Phiri has challenged the police to bring to book, a man, who is accused of impregnating a 14-year-old juvenile in Lusaka’s Kanyama Township.The named man allegedly defiled the girl last year, making her pregnant, and the matter has been reported to a local NGO, Concerned Citizens for Human Rights and Justice.Ms Phiri told ZNBC news that it is the duty of the police to protect innocent girls, like the 14-year-old, who is 6 months pregnant.And Concerned Citizens for Human Rights and Justice Representative, Frederick Liteta said the matter will be reported to the police.
