FIRST LADY CONDEMNS BABY DUMPING

First Lady Esther Lungu has condemned the behavior of dumping and abandoning babies by some women.
Mrs. Lungu says no woman should be allowed dump and abandon their babies even in difficult situations.
The First Lady was speaking when she visited Christmas babies at Levy Mwanawasa General Hospital in Lusaka this morning.
Mrs. Lungu also adopted a One Month old baby that was abandoned by its mother after birth at the University Teaching Hospital-UTH.
Meanwhile, UTH has recorded 13 Christmas babies born between midnight and 10 hours.
Minister of Health Chitalu Chilufya confirmed the development shortly after visiting the maternity ward at UTH.
