FARMERS URGED TO UNDERSTAND UPND MANIFEST

Copperbelt Province minister Elisha Matambo has urged the farming community in the region to acquaint themselves with the ruling party’s manifesto.

Mr. Matambo says this will help them align their operations and goals in line with the New Dawn Administration’s agriculture agenda.

He says the UPND administration will endeavor to ensure maximum agriculture diversification is attained on the Copperbelt through affordable farming inputs and equipment.

Mr. Matambo was speaking during at an Agriculture and Farming Expo in Mpongwe District.

And Mr. Matambo assured Mpongwe residents that President Hakainde Hichilema will actualize all campaign promises relating to the Agriculture sector.

He said the 2022 national budget will ensure the new Dawn government’s agriculture and farming policies are brought to fruition.
