“ERADICATE POLITICAL VIOLENCE”

(ZANIS) The Movement for Voter Sensitization has called for complete eradication of political violence, ahead of this year’s general election.

The Organisation’s Copperbelt Executive Board Secretary, Bishop Edison Bwalya has urged politicians to speak against tribalism and foul language.

Bishop Bwalya has explained that these vices have potential to intimidate voters, which will result in voter apathy in this year’s general elections.

ZANIS reports that Bishop Bwalya was speaking during a stakeholders anti voter apathy sensitisation meeting in Mufulira on the Copperbelt.
