END GBV-YOUTHS TOLD

Chongwe Mayor Geoffrey Chumbwe has called on all youths in Chongwe to play an active role in ending Gender Based Violence-GBV
Speaking when he flagged off the 16-days of Activism against GBV walk, Mr. Chumbwe said the scourge affects everyone regardless of person’s status in society.
Mr. Chumbwe said there is need for escalated efforts in raising awareness on GBV among women and girls as they are the most vulnerable.
He adds that collective action remains key to eliminating Gender Based Violence.
