Croatians coaches will design coaching programs to assist Zambian coaches says Kamanga

The Football Association of Zambia President Andrew kamanga visited the Croatian Football Federation on Tuesday in a familiazation tour and an exchange program regarding football organisation.
And Kamanga’s next step in Eastern Europe will be Serbia, renowned for its youth football programs.
The FAZ President described his visit as being monumental and highlighted how the two federations will come up with programs set to train the local coaches in Zambia.
“Am very happy with the invitation we are going to cooperate and the necessary agreements will be signed to give us support in terms Technical youth developed for both girls and boys,” Kamanga said.
“We are also at a point where we are looking to send some of our coaches into Europe for refresh course, am very happy that the Croatian federation will design a program for refresher courses to assist our coaches when they break off, ” he added.
The FAZ Chief said that even those coaching in the Zambia Super League will be part of this program.
“We want to see Instructors from Croatia to come and train another refresher course for our coaches who are managing in the Super League teams as well as division one.
“That way if we sought out our technical side, our game is obviously going to be pushed forward,” the former Kabwe Warriors said.
He went on to say that “the technical support that will come from Croatia is what will go a long way in supporting the development of our game in Zambia.
Kamanga met with Davor Suker, the Croatian Football Federation President [HNS] and Boris Kubla who presented the curriculum of HNS football Academy as well as the approach to developing football coaches.
Suker, a former Croatian international led his country to a third finish at the France 1998 World Cup. He also had a successful playing club career at Real Madrid and Arsenal.
Croatia, led by Luka Modric and Rakitic from Real Madrid and Barcelona were runners up at the Russia 2018 World Cup.
