In this video civilians can be seen exchanging blows with police traffic officers.It is gathered that the traffic officr confiscated a driving license from a motorist for talking on phone and driving. The motorist in question is a Lusaka businessman and PF cadre Munir Zulu. At press time, Police Spokesperson Mwaata katongo confirmed that there were not any arrests effected.
