Court dismisses Tutwa case against mayor

THE Kabwe Magistrate’s Court has dismissed a case in which Kabwe Central Member of Parliament Tutwa Ngulube sued Mayor Prince Chileshe and three other council officials for abuse of authority of office.In his ruling on Wednesday, magistrate Sebastian Mwenya also dismissed other two charges in which Mr Chileshe was dragged to court for allegedly corruptly acquiring property and failing to follow tender procedures.
In count one, Mr Chileshe was sued along with Kabwe town clerk Ronald Daka, council director of legal services Jonah Siwale, director of health services Paul Mukuka and Nshinda Debt Collectors Limited.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
