“COUNCILS NOT SERVING PEOPLE”

Muchinga Province Everlasting Secretary Jobbics Kalumba is saddened that most local authorities are no longer able to answer successfully to factors affecting the oldsters.
Dr Kalumba cited the piles of rubbish, and the dejected products and companies of water and sanitation among other challenges.
Dr Kalumba says authorities expects local authorities to carry tremendous products and companies to communities.
Dr kalumba became as soon as talking this morning when officiated at a 5-day induction workshop for all Precept officers drawn from all local authorities all the plot by technique of the nation organised by the Local Authorities Service Fee.
