Copper Princessess to face Brazil & Japan at the World Cup

Zambia U17 Women’s national team will face Brazil at the 2024 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Dominican Republic.

Carol Kanyemba’s fledglings have been placed in Group D.

Poland and Japan are the other two sides in the group.

Nigeria has relatively an easy group. The Flamingos are in Group A alongside host Dominican Republic, Ecuador and New Zealand.

Debutants Kenya are in Group C together with Korea DPR, Mexico and England.

The tournament will take place between 16th October and 3rd November, 2024.

Zambia will making a second appearance at the tournament.

Group B: Spain, USA, Korea Republic, Colombia Group C: Korea DPR, Mexico, Kenya, England

Group D: Japan, Poland, Brazil, Zambia
