COPA COCA COLA:ZAMBIA BEATS TANZANIA 1-NIL

Zambia has beaten Tanzania one -nil to set up an explosive semi-final encounter with hosts Kenya in the ongoing COPA Coca-Cola Under-16 Africa Cup tournament
The Zambian boys overcame the Tanzanians in a tightly contested quarter final match played this morning at Nakuru high school ground in Kenya.
Striker Lickson Ng’ambi scored the all-important goal for Zambia in the 32nd minute after connecting from a Francis Nyirenda pass just outside the 18 area.
But it was Zambian goalie David Minganja who turned out the hero for Zambia, as he denied Tanzania on several occasions, to keep Zambia in the game.
And, speaking in a post-match interview, team Zambia coach, Weluzani Zulu praised his boys for putting up a spirited performance.
On meeting hosts Kenya in the semi-finals tomorrow, Zulu said his boys are looking forward to the encounter, which he said will be tough.
