The Constitutional Court docket has upheld the election of UPND Kapiri Mposhi Constituency candidate Stanley Kakubo because the duly elected member of Parliament within the 2016 Standard Election.
The Court docket noticed that the grounds upon which the High Court docket upheld Mr. Kakubos election had merit.
In this subject PFs Chrispin Siingwa petitioned the election of Mr. Kakubo on tale of electoral malpractice.
But in its finding the Constitution Court docket noticed that the allegations weren’t proved by Mr. Siingwa.
Constitution Court docket Think Enock Mulembe stated there are no longer any causes for him to overturn the choice of the court docket below.
